My family really loves this place! It's very casual, the people are nice and helpful, and there is a good variety on the menu! The salsa is soo good and they make fresh chips constantly and make sure you like your food- which comes out super fast! There is booth style seating in the front near the kitchen, and a whole separate section in the back with tables and chairs where there are TVs and oftentimes current sports being played! Great ambiance, authentic decor, and wonderful service!

I stopped by early in the morning to grab some lunch and ordered two fish tacos and two shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were made to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right—but the fish tacos actually stood out even more, easily the highlight of my meal. The only small downside was the special sauce, which slightly overpowered the natural flavors of the tacos. They serve fresh chips and salsa with your meal, and the salsa leans on the spicier side, but it’s packed with great flavor. The restaurant itself is spotless—super clean, almost immaculate—and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that feels a bit off is the location, which seems tucked away and not as visible as other spots. That said, the food and customer service are absolutely top-notch, and I’ll definitely be visiting again whenever I’m in the area.

First meal of my recent trip from Vegas to Torrance and friends decided to take me out to Mexican food down the street, which I cant refuse First time here at El Amigo, and my friend always eats here so it must be good. Ordered a wet Steak Burrito with green and red sauce since I wanted to try both sauces and it was a winnerBurrito was hearty, packed with lots of meat and was filling. Chilled ice cold beers near the register so you know I had to get a Modelo to pair it with the food. Complementary chips and salsa brought out which hits the spot and food arrived quickly. Place draws a crowd and I can see why. Highly recommend.... 5 stars

Went there for the first time today and loved everything we tried. We tried Sope, Chicken taquitos and Chile Verde. Everything was fresh and tasted really good. Talked to Edgar there who told us they make all the salsa fresh every day. Will definitely go back again.

This is Some of The Best Tacos and Burritos in the Area. The Birria Quesa Tacos Flavors were Fantastico. Chile Verde Wet Burrito had the Perfect Heat Level and The Pork Al Pastor Tacos were Delicious. The Salsa and Chips are made Daily so you can Taste the Freshness . You can't forget The Flan which was Amazing. When you can Taste The Love put into the Food you know you found a Hidden Gem . Service was Great Good Job Guys keep up the Great Work. I Highly Recommend El Amigo #3!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El Amigo #3 in Redondo Beach is a cozy and welcoming Mexican restaurant that offers delicious food at reasonable prices. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel right at home, providing warm hospitality that enhanced our dining experience. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, the service is efficient, and the portions are generous. We ordered the chicken fajita and beef quesadillas, and both dishes were packed with deep, authentic flavors. The chicken fajita was sizzling hot, well-seasoned, and served with sautéed onions and bell peppers that added a nice balance of sweetness and smokiness. The beef quesadillas were loaded with tender, flavorful meat and gooey melted cheese, all wrapped in a perfectly crisp tortilla. Each bite was satisfying and tasted like a home-cooked meal made with care. A nice bonus was that our takeout order came with chips and a fresh salad, which added great value to our meal. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that we had plenty to enjoy. With its combination of great food, friendly service, and affordable prices, El Amigo #3 is a great choice for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. We will definitely be returning to try more of their menu!

Very quick, good, and big portions!! Got a wet carne asada burrito and a fish taco. Total came out to about 17 bucks, 20 after tip on takeout! They give you a free chips and salsa which was fresh. Fish taco had a fresh large piece of fish, hefty portion, with good slaw and sauce. Carne asada burrito was huggggeeee as you can see by the photo! Got the green sauce which had a little kick to it. I just wish there were more lettuce tomatoes inside, but good amount of meat, rice, beans, guacamole and sour cream. Pulled in randomly due to the good reviews, small parking lot in the back, and some street parking. Guys were quick and efficient, waited only about 10-15 minutes. Good seating area, both by the register and the parking lot, could fit about 15 tables.
